GRAGO began in 2003, in rooms where protocol and security were synonymous with trust. Operating closely alongside diplomatic delegations and global executive teams, we learned that behind a single line on an itinerary sit hundreds of variables — and that they must all be resolved by one unmistakable sense of ownership.
